Dele Ibironke has several years post call experience in several areas of legal practice. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University with an LLB Degree and later got his BL from the Nigerian Law School. Dele worked with the following law firms at different times:

Arising from the need to pool expertise for the benefit of clients, Dele left Akindelano to set up his own firm known as Bamidele Ibironke & Co. and later joined other partners to form LegalHouse Solicitors as the Managing partner. In 2008, Bamidele Ibironke & Co started a new office at N0 9, Baba Yusuf Close, Off Makinde Street, Off Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos and still coordinates the Litigation department of LegalHouse Solicitors.  Dele enjoys litigation and has appeared at all levels of the Nigerian courts in many technical and highly challenging cases.

Dele belongs to a good number of social organizations. Notable among them is the Prestigious Ikoyi Club 1938



R.O Bello bagged a B.Sc in Microbiology from the prestigious University of Ibadan in 1983, he joined the then Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co (later named KPMG Nigeria) in April 1987 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991. He handled the statutory audit of quite a number of the firm’s clients before leaving for the Banking industry in 1992.

R.O Bello was the head of Internal Control and later the Head of Domestic Operations of Royal Merchant Bank. He joined the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (FEPA) in January 1996 as the Chief Internal Auditor, a position he held till April 1997.

As a result of R.O Bello’s passion for taxation, he joined the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) as an Assistant Chief Inspector of taxes in April 1997 and rose to the position of Assistant Director of Taxes in January 2003.

R.O Bello was at various times the Head/Local Vat officer of various local  Vat offices of the FIRS. He was the Area Controller of Broad Street Tax Office (August 2004 - February 2005) and the Tax controller, Ikeja Integrated Tax Office (February – March 2007)

To further satisfy his quest for knowledge, RO Bello voluntarily retired from service as the Head, Filing and Debt Recovery (Enforcement Unit) of the Oil and Gas Department of the FIRS in September 2007. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School in November 2007 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2008 after graduating from the Lagos State University with a Second Class (Upper Division) in law.

R.O Bello is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI); Associate Member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators of Nigeria (PNM). He heads the Taxation Department, Telecommunications and Aviation Department of Bamidele Ibironke & Co.



Akintunde had his LLB from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, and joined Bamidele Ibironke & Co after obtaining his BL from the Nigerian Law School. Akintunde’s interest cuts across various fields of law, but he maintains a dogged interest in commercial litigation. He is a scholar and has put this beyond doubt by bagging a Second Class (Upper Division) in law at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and repeating the same feat at the Nigerian Law School.



Ayotunde Soderu is a smart, articulate and young lawyer who is result oriented. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State joined Bamidele Ibironke & Co after his call to the Nigerian Bar and has been of great impact ever since. Ayo maintains a keen interest in preparation of Appeal processes considered to be the exclusive preserve of very senior members of the bar.
